how do you put cheats on your R4???

I forgot to say, Thats how you add cheats on your R4 using Wood R4 firmware.

But, the black circles are noticeable.

 

is the gamedata.bin important, 'cus i don't have it
also the loading screen freezes when i start my ds up.

 

it dose that on my r4. try readjusting your sd hc chip. thats what i do

 

what card do you have, its probably a clone r4, and therefore not reading wood r4, if its the case, download ysmenu, and for the cheats, download usrcheat.dat on gbatemp, and then just copy it to ttmenu folder on the sd card with ysmenu

 

i ve got a 'r4-III evolution' or something like that

 

yes, its a clone, so look for ysmenu on clones tutorial here on romulation, and when you have ysmenu on your card, you stick the usrcheat.dat on ttmenu folder, and you will have a working firmware and cheats for your games, if you want to create your own usrcheat.dat with your own codes, use cheat code editor

 

okay, but the loading screen still freezes :'(

 

you need to use ysmenu as an nds file, not a replacement of your firmware
