    now 15 year old addicted by alcohol and smoke are bad, if you wanna help her stop it little by little, or visit a theraphist... or make her addicted by chewing gum

    Get her to see a professional. I am not sure what you can do by yourself really. She sounds like she is way out of there... Only thing you can really do is to be her friend...
