Here's a fan-made game guide/walkthrough: Gamefaqs' Glory of Heracles Walkthrough I think you might have missed checking the ship under repair and going to the weapon shop to trigger a cutscene. I've not played the game, so that's as far as I can help you. Do note though, reading it means you'll see game spoilers. Here's a hint when playing RPG games, if you had difficulties progressing forward, that means you'd missed doing something to trigger the next chain of events. So just back-track until you hit jackpot.
