I was going through my Anime CD's then I remembered this one anime which was like Bubble Gum Crisis but instead of mad robots there were mad automatic cars. I remember from the anime was that the future all cars were automatic which means they drive themselves then this group of 3 kids, 1 you boy and 2 girls drive gasoline cars and stop the cars that go mad or something by shooting the back lights thingy. She wears reddish clothes and the guy black. She has this weird tattoo that activates her powers and same with the guy. She's some kind of warrior thing. I also remember a girl with gold ring hopes similar to Axel's from KH. Thanks again in advance
