I Still dont understand what the point of all of this is. Once it goes past Psx and N64 generation of gaming they should just let it go because I don't think they even get money from those titles anymore. Honestly what do they expect when one of the top game selling stores no longer allows trade-ins from this age of gaming? Where are we supposed to get them from? Unless they actually had the intention to port every single one of these games to a recent system they should get off our nuts about it. And even if they DID, having played most of these games thanks to emulators I would no doubt buy the games if they became available to me because when I've spent 30 hours playing one title i believe that company made it point and earned what its worth.

Digimon world is a Bandai game, and since bandai is technically more of an anime/toy company than a video game one (and is therefore not an ESA member) it can stay.

Now stuff like super mario, sonic, etc has to go or Romu is gonna get in trouble.

they've got to block all DLs till we find all ESA-infringing ones.

 

I am not supporting this ESA crap, but if it means helping not bringing innocent people behind bars then its fine with me.
I believe Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is Square Enix and ESA represented.
Also, Harvest Moon FoMT is, too.

Wouldn't it be easier and safer to just block out all the games...or do you need help finding those still downloadable?

 

Some game developers/publishers are not affiliated with the ESA, and further still, some titles are fair game.
So if you read the first page, it's all about sorting out the ones that may have been missed the first time around.
Think union and non-union, the union wants more games locked up, and thus that is what they will get.

 

i hate to add these but fear effect 1 and 2 are both yellow. mad crap on that cuz i just finished dling fe2 cd 1 and now cant make eboot for my psp.
