Well, supposedly 51%+ can be exchanged for the full bill, and 49%- can be exchanged for half value.

So, you could get a bill and a half if you're sneaky.

i dont think this is possible, people would be making profit out of this, say i have a 100 dollar bill, i do this and then i get 150, and then keep doing this, multiplying my money exponentially and be rich

 

I'm pretty sure there are limits on how many exchanges you can do per year (and per bill value), and it's pretty low, so believe me, they ain't makin much.
