Guitar tabs?

So i love to play guitar. its my part time passion -
And i just cant seem to find a tab that i feel like learning
Any others that play have any suggestions?

DO GUITAR IMPROV DO IT. It's fun, or you could start writing your own songs, that's even better.

No Rain by The Blind Melons is something I play on a daily basis. Or anything by The Grateful Dead.

 

Learn the basic Power Chords, the basic transpositions, and Scaling. That's a pretty fun in it's self.

And then once you've done that, try playing around with them. You can write pieces of your own with just that!

 

I rather cover the songs.

Rise against is a good one.
They also have some acoustic versions.

 

i watch people on youtube and try an copy what their playing. tabs dont do it for me.

I'm just starting to learn how to play guitar xD finding time to get my cousin to teach me how to play chords =P

Whenever I want a tab, but don't know what to play, I usually go to the 'Popular/Suggested Tabs' section of the tab site I visit. You'll find some good stuff in there.

 

i play that on guitar hero on tour all the time
i would suggest some songs but i play bass and dont know what songs to suggest

 

Playing Bass tabs for songs don't exactly sound great on their own.

 

I think some songs do (RUSH).

Also trying to translate songs from guitar to bass (like the same tabs) is fun. Sweater Song by Weezer is my favorite.

Find a Guitarist that motivates you and learn some of there songs. Like the other day i Was like, "Damn. . .Dime is the $%^!" and i just had to learn "Cowboys from Hell" Learn what you love dont let others tell you what to learn
