If it's V1.18, then follow these instructions:
1. Download the R4 Cheat Editor on www.r4ds.com
2. go to this link: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=140824
3. Copy the data he wrote down (the cheat data, game ID) into your USRCHEAT.DAT file located in your TF card.
4. Save the data and you're done

IMPORTANT: Rename the original rom xpa-gtac.nds and then run the patch. PLUS DISABLE AUTOSAVE. WITH THIS PATCH, AUTOSAVE WILL NOT WORK.

Remember, to make the cheats work use the patched game id: YGXE d694d447
