I understand and support you there. I made this topic because I was getting sick that native English speakers felt the need to correct no English speakers to correct every thiny mistake.
I think they just want to help, not to piss you off. Also, Spanish is the most widely spoken language I think. Mandarin Chinese has the most speakers, but not widely spread.
I find that surprising. My experience is that people who speak English as a second or third language often speak it better than people who have it as their native language.
Also noticed that it's more often the people who speak English as a second or third language that do the correcting!
There is never an excuse to let your grammar drop. If you want help, that's all the more reason you should be writing clearly and correctly. Poor spelling and grammar just makes it clear that you're too big a dumbass to bother helping. Typos are fine, to a point, but it's not unreasonable to demand that you look before you post.
