Google+?

Yea I guess they could still make business pages but if nobody added them or visited their page I'm sure they would delete it. But they would probly lure people in with as-close-to-false-advertising as they could get. Then once your were on the page you'd have to take a look around. Dang business monkeyz have no boundaries.

Anyway Google+ is pretty simple, it only takes about 5 minutes to get accustomed to it, especially if you are already used to social networking. Keep spreading the word about it to your friends on Facebook/Twitter/Myspace(ya rite who uses that anymore)
