Are the graphics better than Sands Of Destruction, or worse?

WORSE. It looks good on pictures, but in game...

 

Yes, both Sands of Destruction and Glory of Heracles have some pretty bad looking sprites. But they do have some nice movies and voices. They must have spent too much time making those look nice and not enough time on the sprites.

This is my favourite RPG now. Sands of Destruction was such a disappointment for me.......
I love the fighting animations.....

Anyway, the only thing I don't like (like in most of all RPG's; why?!) you have to LVL up, equip several Char's and not just one -.-'

 

That's why it called RPG(Role-Playing Game).

 

No?! You can also play just one Char and it's a RPG.... (rolleyes)

 

Dragon Warrior I one comes to mind in regards to that.

I was kinda disappointed that this didn't handle like a Dragon Warrior game though but I certainly don't mind what they did with it.

Does his name ever change from ??? though? He's had that name for awhile now.

 

I still think that SoD wasn't that great. Yeah i loved the sprites and everything, but the game wasn't that good. I don't like a game so lineal. But that's my opinnion, seems to me that GoH has a little plus that SoD desnt.

 

A small Question: What are Sprites? (I google & translated it into german, but it says it means something like "Fairy, Troll, imp"....

 

Sprites happen to be the character animations and such. It's, more or less, a referral to the graphics of the game. I don't really mind, though. I mean, it is the NDS, and if I wanted to play something for stunning graphics, I wouldn't play a hand-held console....
