because stereotyping is the quickest way to create a "cheatsheet" about that person, and I hate to say it, most times they're right (about 87%), you see the thing is, media and other forms of entertainment have shaped the way people look and what they wear for years, we as humans are social and wanting to be liked upon (like me, but I end up being an immature asshole at times) with that yearning inside us, we tend to succumb to the peer pressure and pick what would go best with our hair, face or body. we all do it. anyway, its actually when you talk to the person you get to see what they are like. also how you look is actually related today as the measurement of financial success. (think about it, would you rather be by a girl who smells like sunflowers, or a dude that smells like old hotdogs?)

lay off the porn... just kidding... have you tried to talk to her? carry yourself casually and act natural (but not like how you act with your friends... definitely at first) too bad valentines day passed but you can still befriend her, you just need to get up and talk to her, hang out with her and her friends, find something in common, and when you feel the time is right ask her out (make sure you have some sort of income quota (part time job), and not your parents, allowance is a no-no), make her feel special, on days where people give roses, give tulips, and tell her that she is not like the crowd and is special in a beautiful way. thats elegance, and girls like that... and once in a while try to watch what she wants... even if you have to go through the torture of vampire shows. the show "supernatural" is much better, and you can use that to watch with her.
