There are obviously girls that can game, I'm sure I've been destroyed on MW2 before by a girl. The ones who don't use mics are the smart ones, usually the ones who do just act like a stereotypical gamer girl to further push the image presented. There is the odd one out than uses the mic and doesn't screw it up, but that is not very often.
