I too am female and I've found that unfortunately (and as negative as this whole post is going to sound), posts concerning female gamers often get out of hand and it's ultimately goes down to people questioning why the post was even made in the first place. It's usually follows with some kind of debating =.= I feel as though posts such as this one don't particularly help the opinion and image of females as it can easily be viewed as 'attention seeking' not that I necessarily agree with that. I personally prefer that, if I was playing an online game for example, that I am treated as 'one of the guys' and find it insulting that people go easier/harder or treat you differently based purely on your gender.

 

That's the point. It's supposed to be a satirical view on our current discussion.

 

To be fair, any girl playing vidya online is likely to get a few comments passed at her, but usually that's normal. We talk smack about dick to each other in an all-male environment, if there's a girl in there we'll make the obligatory sexist remarks about the kitchen as well. That said, I can't imagine what it would be like in a calm, mature guild/game. Probably no fun.

 

I only like hot gamer girls.

 

If it's fun towards the game, it's still fun.
