    Drew, your challenge has finally been answered, and completed. I presumed you meant each starter, not each Starter + all their evos. Well, this is my first PokeFusion in 3 Months +, so I'm a bit rusty. But this is Ultrastarter. [​IMG]
    Just so you guys think if I missed anything, here's a list.

    Base: Treecko
    Colouration Scheme: Bulbasaur
    Left Eye: Chimchar
    Right Eye: Bulbasaur
    Spots on Head: Bulbasaur
    Right Arm Head: Cyndaquil
    Right Arm Mouth: Totodile
    Belly: Squirtle
    Tail: Charmander
    Beak: Torchic
    Leaf: Chikorita
    Fin: Mudkip
    Shell: Turtwig (really small portion, not to be mixed with Squirtle's.)

    Oh...beep...I forgot Piplup...well, I tried...and REVIVE THE SERVER!
