It's not that hard.
Just zoom in on paint.
It will consume quite some time though.

Step 1) Download this image.
Step 2) Open Microsoft Paint twice
Step 3) Open this image in the first msPaint.
Step 4) Choose 2 or more sprites and copy them into the second msPaint.
Step 5) Use parts of other pokémon and fuse them on one pokémon.
Step 6) Recolor the pokémon or its parts.
Step 7) Save.
Step 8) Go to Imgur or another image host and upload it there.
Step 9) Post it on RomU.

Et voila, you fused a Pokémon

 

I used photoshop but paint works just as well (or gimp).

I also used photobucket.....but you have to register :l

just listen to Athemoe for the instruction lol (hehehe mine reminds me of Majors Mask)

 

I was bored so i did some few works

I called it Galizprit XD its Gallade with Charizard's wings and color and the tail of mesprit

This one is Layquazios(Latios + Rayquaza duh) its basically just recolored + the tail of rayquaza and the antler(which i think i should have not just added)

Just a couple of simple ones, since I haven't done this in quite a while.

 

This was was difficult in some ways but i was bored sooo yeah XD

A mix of Scizor(Main Body),Infernape(Arms) and Cresselia(Rings) i had to remove the wings because its making things really difficult XD
