These rules apply to all boards unless contradicted by a section specific rule. Section specific rules will be named "Section Rules" and are valid in the section, and all subsections, only.

Should a rule be broken we will either warn the user or, if offence is deemed severe, ban a user. At most a user will get 3 warnings before being banned. Not having read these rules is not an excuse for breaking them, trying to use that excuse is an offence in itself.

    General
    - Please use English. Use the report function rather than complain and have fun.

    Conduct
    - Please act like an adult person. Don't get offended at different opinions but do understand and debate. Try not to be too explicit, there's plenty of porn on the internet, we don't need it here as well.

    Posting
    - We have a lot of old content, have a quick search first. When posting try to use a good topic title and choose a fitting category.

    Signatures and Avatars
    - Not everyone has fast internet. Keep signatures to 250KB, small and not annoying. Feel free to link to your project, blog or site, it's cool when people work on awesome things.

    Re: Rules

I've read through this thread and there doesn't seem anything wrong with me replying, but why isn't this topic locked?

Also, I don't believe you put a time limit on bumping. Lastly, what about double posts for bumping? Will the edit button bump as well?

Sorry to take advantage of it not being locked D: I couldn't resist.

No idea why it isn't locked, I'm assuming someone forgot. There really isn't a time limit in regards to bumping, you're welcome to do so as long as your post meets the criteria listed. I personally disapprove of double posts for the sake of bumping but I'm rather lenient about it depending on how long its been between the posts. The edit button won't bump the topic up but it'll make the "new" message appear next to the topic to indicate that something changed.

A little quip of my own since I can.
I'm assuming this made it past the screening but I personally don't think its necessary to say virtually the same thing twice. :p
