For HG and SS could you buy the pokewalker and not have to pre order the games

    Definetely doesn't Damn those bastards, making me jealous of people who actually buy games, and thus forcing me to buy it too! No joke, preordered the game just for the F***ing Pokewalker

    The Pokéwalker will connect to any DS system, be it the original Nintendo DS, DS Lite, DSi, or DSi XL as the infrared receiver is in the game cartridge itself, rather than on the system (as was the case with the originals Gold, Silver, and Crystal themselves, cut off from communication with the Pokémon Pikachu 2 if not in a Game Boy Color).

    That sucks ass! My nephew found a pokewalker at school(or stolen i dunno lol) and I was so looking forward to going over there and getting it to use it. I wanna cry!
