[FIX] Fixed Heart Gold (U) (No$)

I also have this problem, it also slows down in the cities further in teh game.
I think its because of nogba but not too sure.

about the waterstone you can always use pokesav

 

Hey guys, terribly sorry about the bump, but I recently felt like playing SoulSilver and I've run into a strange problem: Whenever I save, no .SAV file is created. Do you have any idea what's going on? would this be better posted in a No$ topic?

I'm using no$ 2.6a with zoomer and I'm using a Rudolph-patched rom with the AR code. I've been using No$ for a while but nothing like this has happened until I started SS yesterday. I can reset the game and it'll load my save but when I close No$ completely I have to start from the beginning because there's no .SAV file. I haven't tried this with any other games yet.

After reading through this thread i have come to the conclusion that nobody knows how to fix the problem that makes the game unplayable after the 4th gym. So i have now decided to switch my save file from no$gba 2.6a to desume to see if that works. One problem i can't find the battery and slot folder where the save file is located!!!!!! I don't know what's wrong, i have re-downloaded no$gba multiple times and i don't get either folder, HELP!!!!

 

Um... could you explain your problem in a lot, sorry bit more detail.

 

basically the game is unplayable for me. I saved and reset the game after beating morty because the game often crashes. When i click "continue" the game automatically crashes and i know I'm not the only one with this problem. Usually i don't ask for help but i have seen quite a few ppl asking this Q but i haven't seen an answer.

I have seen people transferring their saved game to desume so i decided to try this. It says that the save game file is in the battery or slot folder........but for some reason i don't have them. I know that i have had the folders before but for some reason they are not there anymore. I have redownloaded no$cash a few times but i never get either folder.

Some guy on another forum told me to follow these steps:

1) You need firmware.bin, ndsbios7.rom and ndsbios9.rom. You can dump them from your DS.
2) You need rudolf's patch from this thread. This is the eighth time this link was provided in this thread alone, BTW.
3) You have to either set the Reset/Startup point to GBA BIOS or use the AR code in the linked thread above.
4) You need to set your NDS backup media (F11) to Flash 512k or Auto.
5) Turn on sound emulation, under F11 as well. You can still mute the game with the No$Zoomer option.
6) You need to either start the game using No$Zoomer, or encrypt the ROM with eNDryptS Advanced, available here. "

Im trying to follow all the steps but it is really confusing for me as i am not an expert at this. I still have to find a way to get all three files from step 1. Step 2 says to put the ROM on the patch.......then what, i can compress them into an archive. Finally, #6 makes no sense to me, i downloaded encrypts then i don't know what to do next.

I'm sorry about this, i feel like an idiot because i have never had to patch a game before. The only thing I've ever done is download an emulator and a rom then play.......

 

My problem is that the whole game freezes during the credits.
