Just need to follow tutorials until you get the hang of Photoshop and get an eye for what looks good. Then you can start experimenting on your own.

as for your signature. It's still dull and doesn't match. The red lines don't blend with the grungy background and they are useless. You need to smudge a bit. Learn how to smudge in the guide I made
