    And...

Don't be a copy cat, at the MOST I'd use it for msn, besides the laptops would be preety crap...I'm assuming that it's possibly an e-pc or something.

It's meant for school work, it doesn't have a cd drive, and it's gonna be weak as hell (why give power to a laptop if it hasn't got a cd drive-games legally bought still come on cd's)

If that is the case, ask your friends for help...or better yet...play using the keyboard, saves you some hassle.

(I wouldn't enjoy keyboard personally, but why bother cracking such a POSSIBLY weak pc just to plug in a controller...Like stealing a car body shell that's rusted)

You'd have to crack the software to do so.
And then they will know that you did it the next time they "update" it.

Wow, that is useful but a teachers account will be enough anyways.

Is it XP? Because if its XP use this, should leave no trace, seeing how XP epic failed at securing passwords.... Vista and 7 require much more work. Also seems to just send you an email with the pass. Believe it or not, some people have actually stated that this works.

If your on 7 though, check if you can boot from USB, theres some fancy hash cracks you can try if you can (and you should be able to, just look for the boot menu option on the bios)

Some of the laptops given to us in school are quite powerful.

the easiest way to crack an admin password begins with visual basic but i doubt you have any knowledge in that field so you might as well give up. im not gonna tell you how...no one taught me and its not knowledge everyone should have

the only way to do this is if you could convince your teacher or whoever to let you install the driver's for a school project (dont know for what but use that imagination of yours) i doubt your teacher has admin rights but i might be mistaken its most likely some person who sets up all the laptops for your school

if i were you id just be happy i didnt have to use pen and paper for school :D

Usually only principals have fully admin features, neither teachers can have it, due that they're more "brideable" (Sorry if it's a typo, but sounds like bride).
There's some ways to fool the system uch has using an O.S. that is installed in USB devices, I like DOS myself, but there's maybe others, but I doubt that you ( captain james) know DOS's commands.
And as you (nu885) told, it's not a knowledge that shoulda be thaught here, it's a thing that you don't learn by googling.
And not everybody has the ethic to have the power, I've seen many people that can't but have that knowledge, the power in wrong hands cause many casualities to others.
