I like FFTA games, square enix should do more of them.

A2 in my mind sucked and the main hero looked REALLY stupid
The eguipment based ability system and races are nice ad

Its mainly because in FFTA the koala bear moogle would look pretty stupid.... more like a monster if you ask me. So the chopped it up and thinned it to make moogles more battle worthy.

The mickey mouse storylines... the lack of a character with any real likeable qualities.

stories should be a lot more well.... mature and telling more about charecter and not just some sort of "frames"

for example: hero in A2 could be a lot more interesting and not just a kid in strange land

I have to disagree...I liked the story...It was intriguing and very commom yet awesome.... which kid wouldn't like to become a warrior in the fantasy world of Final Fantasy ?

The First Final Fantasy Tactics game kinda had an element of "The Da Vinci Code" in it, which is why it was awesome ;)

I won't give out any details as they might spoil the game to those who have yet to play it, but believe me, the game is more than just about a stupid war between Royalties claiming ownership of a country. It has a deeper plot.

Whereas the FFTA games play on the basic premise of a boy who enters a fantasy world by mere chance as he opens a book. This plot is too lame compared to what the first game offered if you ask me.

FTA’s story wasn’t too bad, it still had depth and the characters/plot-twists held interest, I thought A2’s was terrible, it tried to almost exactly repeat what was done on gba, I didn‘t care for any it’s characters and the story was just plain boring.
