Final Fantasy 7 PC character mod

I'm sure it's possible, just really hard to do. Like you said, it would be too much work. The way the PC ver. does it is pretty simple because the characters are all located in one file called "char.lpg" You can use a program to open this file and switch out any files you wish. Or you can simply use the reunion patch (thats what the pic is) and replace the char.lpg file with their modded version, thats all you have to do.

 

Oh okay. The PSX version I think has the character files spread out all over the place.
