    i did both the things you suggested and it didnt work... I have a 1 GB SanDisk MicroSD

    You can try redownloading the firmware from a different source/website, or if you want, use an older firmware version. Works for some people.

    the R4 should be able to play this game.

    I think there is a specific way you have to install the firmware. I don't know how since I have a CycloDS and it automatically does it if it detects a firmware file update.

    Nope, all you do like most flashcarts on the R4, is just replace the previous or olde firmware files with the newly downloaded firmware files.

    Ive already tried all the older firmwares. Do you have any other sites that you recommend? For firmware

    Go to GBATemp and there is a patched v1.18, that isn't just for the cheat bug...
    And if you are using cheats, some cause games to freeze or not start and you could retry downloading the game and extract the rar file, then see if it works.

    Not really confusing, just click the name of your flashcart in the list, and other items will drop down.

    I had that same problem. Till I got 1.8 for my R4.

    ^I suggested that. Make sure when you download the latest firmware v1.18, to extract it, go into the english etc. folder, get all the files on there, and replace all the previous firmware files with the new ones on your MicroSD.
