I've noticed megaupload is the only one down (shame, it was my favourite) but the others seem to be systematically removing files. Just in the last 24 hours I went from being able to get anything from, say, pspiso (just got my CFW for my PSP and have been mad downloading) to every single link to any of the files on several of the threads are all disappeared. I've been looking around the interwebs to see wtf is going on...

Can the FBI hit us? Illegal files... where in the top of gaming. If they could, they'd partner up with the ESA and then its googbye to RomUlation

Same, it seems other hosts have gone out of their way to delete copyright infringing material en mass. It almost seems it's not a coincidence after like 10 minutes trying to find Mario Party 2 wad and going through new and old links and getting the same page of 'this file was taken down' etc.

mostly panic reactions, the majority of the case against megaupload is based on self-incrimination. (i.e the bigwigs at megaupload leaving documentation of their disregard for copyright takedown requests).

Yep. If you take out the top, the rest will most likely follow suite.

Jah! Mediafire still works fortunately. I have all of my files still for my modding tools up there.

    My plan....

    1. Hack the FBI
    2. unlock Megaupload
    3. say sorry

All filehost did there best to remove AP files, so to close them down for AP file was a very pore excuse....

Like sed was closed down for over resions.

Megaupload did not, that is proven by the leaked emails.
