Robin is cold comfort when compared to a woman. Don't you think?

    I'm gonna go with Snake.

Not MGS Snake but Snake Plitsken from Escape from N.Y.

He's the baddest of the bad-ass. Perpetual scowl, smokes, sarcastic. He's got everything.

Which Catwoman? Michelle Pfeifer or Halle Berry? Personally to me that's a difficult decision. Simply based upon looks, not that crap-ass Catwoman movie with Halle Berry.

anti hero is not good villains that's an oxi moron in and of itself, anti hero is more of a character that is conflicted, they may be harsh, murder, steal, or lie to get the job done but they do indeed do those things for a reason. Venom from the spider man comics is a prime example, he has a very skewed outlook where he will do anything to protect what he deems innocent, he will maim kill destroy anything that he thinks will endanger an innocent. Punisher yet again falls into this category. And off topic Galactus has been termed as one of the eternals, but although he is not inherently evil he is perceived as evil by most of the races in the marvel universe

Venom, Sabertooth, Punisher get my vote for best anti hero in comics

Spawn was awesome. I had a copy of Spawn #1 in mint condition.......way back then it was worth a good bit of money. Not so much anymore.

Recently, I checked with Wikipedia about the definition of an anti-hero. I also checked their examples of anti-heroes, and to my surprise, the Batman was listed. Here's the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_anti-heroes
These are all anti-heroes from their respective media.

Good, because I'm right that both Venom and Shadow are anti-heroes :)

A lot of people probably confuse him for an anti-hero just because he looks cool. I hate that dude.

Perhaps... but do remember he used to be nice and a great hero until he went mad, probably because of what happened to his best friends and how he found out how he was made...
