Etymology of Usernames

my name comes from the word hi when i was 6 on runescape and i couldnt use it so it recommended "hi 1116" but we cant have spaces.

My username is pretty wacky. Kouga came from Jeil Koga, a seme character in a BL game, (NOT from Inuyasha!!) I added the 'U' because Kouga seemed more cooler than Koga to me.

Myazawa came from an OC I made when I was a little girl, Julia Myazawa, an alien tiger princess that was sent to earth to make it a better place by....killing bad people. Of course I know now that something like that would give me the same fate as KIRA, but I keep the OC as a memento of my younger years.

 

I'm named after rocklee, I first used it on runescape, now I use it everywhere

 

Mine came from being called ollietron when I was drawing a mecha once in class. And it stuck. I liked it.

My username came from a location within the Shibuya district in Tokyo.
Although i can't remember whether Shibuku was a department store, or a suburb/street etc. Either way the names stuck with me so i use them. Besides i have an adoration for the Japanese area of Shibuya (i have a little japanese in me ^-^)And i want to travel there sometime.

 

First part of mine is obviously my real name, the 'Infinite' part comes from a friend. I have an infinity symbol tattooed on the back of my neck, so my friend called me JessicaInfinite one day and I decided I liked it.

 

Funny how I got mine. Was playing Disgaea 2, made a prinny. Got random name. Game spat out "Silvertie".
It grew on me, and here we are, discussing a username.

 

hmm well not that anybody would care but my nickname came around randomly when i was playing Halo 1 on the pc with my friend and u know i was thinking of a good username but couldnt think of one so i kept on playing the game using Luk@ as my nickname that one is my real name which is Luka not Lukat as many people think and because im Croatian i was thinking of something to do with Croatia. As the match progressed i relised i was mainly getting Assassinations on my friend so the idea just came to me CroatianAssassin and i though it was quite catchy but since in most forums or game etc the nickname CroatianAssassin dosnt fit i ended up getting stuck with the name CroAssassin Cro is shorter for Croatian not the bird crow

 

My nick is my nickname in real life. My teacher always mistook my name for the name of another student who was 3 years older. It was kinda weird, but the nick lasts to this day.

Mine's simply an hommage to 'Radical Edward' from the Cowboy Bebop anime *points at avatar*. Putting my name (Lucas) instead of Ed's. Before you mention it, yes, I am fully aware that Ed is in fact a girl :'D

I chose "MessoMesso" because it sounded catchy, and my other handle I only use in a... specific community (don't kill me!). I only found out later that "Messo" is a real surname, and also the name of some big company that specialises in crystallisation processes.

Haha... Maybe I should've gone with... If only I had the balls to do it on the Internet!

 

Mark is my real first name and Swan is a surname i use when i write poetry because it seems right to me.Not because i'm particularly fond of swans or anything like that...it just seems to make sense

 

My name started as stirgo1, this was when i was 10 or so, playing Habbo.
Afterwards when i was 12, i logged on to youtube and made my name stirgo1212. Stirgo is a internet form of my name "Stirling"
