Pokemans.
Lost to a team of water types.
I was using Ubers :/

 

Call of Duty 4. A guy was in a building so i cook a grenade for a little bit and try to throw the grenade in... It bounces off the ledge of the window and explodes in my face, and also killing 2 of my team mates (It was Hardcore S&D) PHAIL!

 

I got stuck behind a dumpster with no way out on a GTA game. I tried to get out for ten minutes. I hadn't saved for about two hours.....

 

Trying to beat Tetris DS for the first time and failing at line 199. Haha.

 

Anyone who had an snes is probably familiar with erased files. My 7th saga files were erased twice! . Thats an F***in game fail. and 7th Saga is one of the toughest rpgs out there.

 

I was speed running through Sonic 3 as Tails, and I glitched into some place on Carnival Night Act 2, a few seconds after Knuckles turned off the lights, with no escape whatsoever.

I was mad, really mad. D:<

 

elder scrolls oblivion:
i used the paintbrush glitch to go as high as possible then i fell off, hit the floor and died. i didn't do it by mistake i just grew tired of jumping so i jumped off
