Somebody know how to make it work on No$gba?

 

anyone know how to get around anti-piracy lock and can they just put a pre patch rom on this site?

i patched the game and it still loops on the title screen

 

Have you tried the "Desmume"-emu?

 

i whant it work in my m3 real.... eny one help? patch is notworking end i cant find this hex

Thanks to Sarah Kreuz for telling me about this emu (even though I still prefer No$gba to play other games :-\)

 

yeah,this Emu is far underrated by the community. But you`re right: He`s slow at the moment. Hope they fix that soon.

 

For those who may be asking themselves how to hex edti the rom(or you can't make the patch to work),here is your answer(originally posted on GBAtemp by "huy23"):
How to manually hex edit Element Hunters rom:

1: Download a program called XVI32

2: Open your EH rom.

3: At the top click Address, then click Goto, then click Hexidecimal.

4: Type 000EE385 into the box and click ok.

5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.

6: At the top click Edit, click Overwrite string, click Hex string, in the bottom box type 36 and click ok.

7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 36.

Repeat step 4,5,6,7 for this too 000EE4DD 7A→7B

8: Click File, then click Save.

9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy

 

when i went to patch it, the things (0C and 7A) were already changed to 36 and 7B. It also still does the loop on the title screen. Whats going on. What do I do? I'm trying no$gba and my R4ultra. I've tried it with the R4's menu and the AKAIO menu.I also tried the patch from megaupload. I'm really confused. please help me.

 

Maybe you downloaded a pre-patched rom,where did you downloaded your EH game rom?

 

Delete your save file or format your card then put it back on there. It should work fine. I had that problem after I hex edited KH.

I must tell you that there is an actual translation project for the game ,thanks to the member noitora ,but he is having problems with the translation project,so,please,let's try to help him.

Thanks to Noitora for updating the patch(translation is almost complete ,yah ;D),and for keeping this game alive for the English-talking people

 

But the game still bugs me.. the patch didn't translate what are they talking

 

The script hasn't been hacked yet.

 

yeah :'(,but it's it's not like it's really necessary now (at least we can understand the missions :-\)
