I think they delivered. They announced at least two brand new Wii games that definitely cater for "core" gamers and I think the DS's lineup was second only to the PS3. But on the flipside, we already knew everything coming out for the PS3 while there were a lot of new announcements made for the DS... So, all in all, I'd say the DS really did steal the show... Or was it just Golden Sun DS stealing the show? :D

Sony just blew everyone else out of the water this year, IMO. The sheer number of quality titles coming to the PSP and PS3 makes me very proud to be an owner of both.

Some great titles are coming our way. I can't believe some of the amazing games announced on the PSP (Jak and Daxter, Gran Turismo, Tekken 6, Soul Caliber, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil etc).

I am also glad to see that PC gaming is picking up again. I upgrade my PC system often as to me it provides the best gaming solution (in terms of cost and performance). Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil, Mass Effect 2, and some other big announcements are gonna be great.

Even though they didn't talk about it in their conference, but Professor Layton 2 makes Nintendo wins hands down.

if they didn't talk about it then it may as well not exist for the purposes of this thread.

on PS3 however i got my eyes on God Of War 3 (duh....), Heave Rain (maybe), White Knight Chronicles (been waiting forever) and MGS:R

final fantasy 14 is being released next year, what happened to final fantasy 13?

doesn't it feel like final fantasy 13 is going to disappoint?
if you rewatch the sony conference and when the guy mentions final fantasy 14 as a sony exclusive, notice the audiences in a puzzling state from the noises you hear in the background. final fantasy 13 isn't even out yet and you're already mentioning the next final fantasy game, which is released next year.

14 is an MMO so it doesn't count.

That's because it has a separate thread. https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=17930

The future is looking good for Sony, this is exactly the kind of E3 Sony needed. Final Fantasy 13 & 14 in 2010 (well maybe...hopefully, i mean it is square-enix) Gran Turismo 5, God of War 3, MAG (which looks AWESOME!) Assassins Creed II. Modnation Racers actually looks pretty cool too. Most of these games are 2010 with exception to Assassins Creed II which is Q4 2009, so Ill hold off on buying a PS3 until then and hope that the price comes down, or ill just camp out on black Friday.

Now as a psp owner I was also excited about the line up of games. Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, Assassins Creed, and of course you have dissidia final fantasy.

I think the big winner of E3 is the DS's Scribblenauts. It's getting alot of hype after seeing God fight Cthulu.
