Dragon Quest IX - Help Topic

Well,
I found Patty but I'm to weak to beat the monster and I refuse to use cheats
I do not have enough money to buy enough medicinal herbs.

This is my first DQ game ever and I must say that it is a very nice game,
though I do not like to play RPG's.

I hate it that I lost my wings

 

The only thing I hate about this game is the damn job advancement, so hard to unlock...

I don't think I've seen this in the gam yet...

 

Whatever, this games requires FAQ and Walkthroughs this games is too risky or makes me lost somewhere...

 

i just finish the game and theres a to be continue after the credits..and theres a fygg fruit falling but i cant find it..and i think ten years have pass after when you resume on the game..after you beat it..

 

you can search for treasure maps and find treasures and bosses in there

 

How do you get 3 hocus chimaera feathers?

 

Kill Hocus Chimaeras until they drop a total of three feathers. It's one of the easier quests it seems. I haven't bothered collecting the feathers yet though.

 

where do you get the technicolor dreamcloth and is there a skill or item to makes monsters angry?

 

Not sure about the dreamcloth, but for the skill:

Check under all the trees, though it will most likely be under the warrior tree. Look for the skill "Intimidate", or something to that effect. That's what you'll want.

 

just wondering has anyone done the wifi quest?

 

Whistle can get monsters angry.

 

where is the red signpost?

 

The 30 point Sword Quest? No clue. Haven't done that quest yet.

 

how do i get the simple simon accolade?

 

Little island to the west of Wormwood Creek.

 

More specifically, it's the tiny island tucked right in the middle of that continent near Wormwood Creek.

Where do I go next after I have obtain the ship? I went to Wormwood Creek but the villagers there don't tell me anything since I am a foreigner.

 

You'll want to head for the desert island that has the town Gleeba. It's the only desert island completely accessible by ship, and is between the all the large landmasses. You should have few issues finding it if you stay towards the center of the map rather than the outer edges.
