It sucks imo. It's like FFTA2, but with way more fail. The battle system is dull, and don't even get me started on the story. Talking about Luminous Arc 1 by the way.

ah yes..

dont play Luminous if you are a Strategic game fan. Compared to other SRPGs around LA has nothing realy diferent to show.

Most people who like the series are kinda otakus and fãns of this "kind" of game.

 

Okamiden, Golden Sun DS, Ace Attorney investigations, Sands of Destruction, Soul Silver, Monster Rancher DS, a few finished translation projects going on (mainly tales of innocence), and some others.

 

personally, i rather enjoyed luminous arc, 1 more than 2, but they were both ok. And not for "that" reason. I really enjoyed the story, and the second playthrough was amazing (you keep all stats, weapons, items, and money, and the enemies don't scale, so you're god for the entire thing). Some people like that, some don't. Give number two a miss, but number one was actually rather nice. The game has no tactical value at all, it's just a matter of spamming strong attacks until the enemy falls over, but it's the same way in final fantasy and the like for the most part. If you liked final fantasy, it's worth a go.

I'm actually looking forward to 2 games, Final Fantasy 13 (this game is going to set a new standard in gaming) and gran turismo 5

Umm, there's no "Prime" in Metroid Other M. The Prime series ended with Corruption.
