Neither of the above actually answered what I asked. What changes are there in the Xenophobia patch? Is it actually worth my time to get that specific copy of the rom, that specific patch, and take the time to move it all to my card and rename the save? At the moment, the Venom patch has carried me most of the way through the game, and I can load after shutting off the DS. Unless Xenophobia's patch does something more than that (besides continuing after death), I honestly don't think either patch should be recommended above the other.
Correction to the first post thing... VENOM's patch does NOT work correctly with R4 Wood V1.06, it loads up, then shows an endless white screen.
I tried the Xeno precracked rom. It loads up on my r4i gold 1.30 and 1.31 firmware, but when I start the first chapter and it goes into the cutscene, it freezes and the skip> on the lower right corner is barely visibile. Black screens.
AKAIO users, Dementium II is already fixed by the AKAIO Team/Normmatt. Just wait for RC3 and you can play it using a clean ROM.
On my Nintendo DS Lite, with an Acekard 2i running AKAIO 1.6 RC-2, I can load, play, and save Dementium II without any issues. Also, this is just a regular rom with no cracks or updates made to the rom. miros
