Dementium 2

No, actually, quite the opposite. I found that RE4 was the only enjoyable one of the series and calling it "horror" just means you are either A) scared of your own shadow, or B) have a low standard for what is horror. I think horror is being scared, not for a moment when an enemy jumps you, but when you are afraid of what might be just down the hall, for what ever reason (low health, ammo, boss whatever) and unfortunately all RE has provided me with are cheap momentary scares and shitty plot lines with comic book deaths and bad film tie ins. In summary RE= EMO FAIL BOAT!

 

I don't come here often other than when I have problems with my AceKard or something, but I must say I am very excited for Dementium II, I stayed up really late waiting for the ROM Dump on April the 20th, only to be disappointed, and now the game is out, but yet we wait for the ROM. Well, I was browsing the GBA Temp forums, and one of the users there mentioned that it will likely be up Thursday, so here's hoping!

 

well me too I'm waiting for it because its the only good game that is going to be dumped this week.....
but you go get some sleep now, don't stay up too late if you want to play it the next day...lol

 

Oh, it's only 8 PM here. And I usually stay up until 12 AM anyways. XD

You guys just don't know how close I was to buying this game today. I decided to save my money for more important things, especially once I found out the game is only 4-6 hours long. I know they say it's a fun 4-6 hours, but that just doesn't seem long enough to me.

 

The first one was about that long too. I'd honestly consider purchasing it though to support Renegade Studios, all their games have been awesome so far. I really want to see more of their new game, Maximilian.

Personally I would spend the money to buy it, if I had it, I heard that it has three difficulty modes, new monsters, two worlds to explore (a normal world and one with monsters) and more scare factor than the last game.

 

All I can say is that I can't wait for the ROM dump, and that the game looks awesome!
