hmmm, its possible, but not sure, I don't understand also the story, but I think, in th efirst episode, we surely dream all the adventure and in the second episode of the game, we're awake, but the caracter has hallucinations or sthg that the doctor use against us, but I don't agree with the idea, that our caracter is the doctor himself, I think it would sound really stupid, but, well..who knows...
