death penalty is necesary in some cases...for example, rape, murder, kill for pleasure.....sick people...but for drugs traffic is not necesary...
no one have the power to take anyone's life, but they are some crimes...that need a several price, like death penalty.

What death penalty is the most humane? cause i think life imprisonment is like a death sentence but more of a torture.

There is a death penalty that is humane?

a bullet in the head is probably the most humane, but even that won't necessarily kill immediately.

isn't they invented the lethal injection because it was supposed to be humane? but i saw something like that and the criminal was like begging to stop it and is more like being hacked into pieces impression...

there's a lot of debate over whether lethal injections are humane, since the prisoner is paralysed, so even if they were in pain they can't show it.

yeah, it likes letting him die in his sleep, the problem is, he knows they are going to kill him, and he was screaming, begging and trying to get off that bed, which he was tied down.

well, maybe the best possible humane way is hit him with a lead pipe in the head when he is not looking... or like loony said, shoot him in the back of the head.

or maybe just overdose him with sleeping/pain-killer pills like MJ...

Its like a debate in the head. For someone who has seen things like rape, being murdered, being robbed and left for dead, abused people, or worst being a victim of those things, you just want the worst possible punishment for that criminal.

On the other hand, like being a Human Rights Activist, you will say the criminals have rights, like right to life and right not to be harmed and protected by law...

equally, the criminal violated the victim's human rights, so why should the criminal be afforded any?

let the one without sin cast the first stone

follow that and the world would be in an even worse state than it is.

still don't follow it and it will be in the state it is and continue to get worst, what are you trying to prove by killing those criminals?

ok, then answer my question now....

there needs to be repercussions for those that commit crimes. Laws must be enforced or humanity would descend into an even worse mess than it is. Kill or be killed, etc

the death penalty is not making much of a sense, i dont think criminals are afraid to die, if that was so then maybe they would've been scared of it, but its not making any big impact thats why life imprisonment should be the thing

I think that the death penalty is a little odd. Think about this; if a murderer gets killed should not the killer of the murderer be killed? Should the people who murder truly have the privilege to die? Should not they have to live the rest of their life with the thought that they committed murder. The act of taking one self's life, in a sense, a theft. Should they get away free? Or should they have a greater punishment? Life imprisonment. I realize that a select few murderers would not care, but be happy to live, but others may claim they want to live, but do they? Do all killers not regret their actions?
