umm no, there is no requirement for an emulator to come first. Second, the capacity of flash media in sd and microsd cards far outstrips the capacity of 3ds game cartridges. Thirdly, your suggestion of a 'homebrew channel' does not negate the need for media to hold the roms.

So, will it come, or will it not?

Who really knows for sure. The thing has been in production for months and the site still isn't even up.
By the looks of it, they are hard at work on it or they just stopped.

when i mean the emulator to come first, i mean i want it to come first so we can test out the 3ds roms
and yes the capacity of flash media in sd and microsd cards far outstrips the capacity of 3ds game cartridges. Itll we more better if we got a mod/hack for it instead of a flashcart and btw, doesnt 3ds have a sd slot?

Yes and so did DSi, they're hardware locked to prevent the running of software from them.

    Progress!

Just 'fraid that Nintendo will find a way to brick your 3DS when they find out THIS thing comes out...

^I agree with the SD cards having huger capacity than do 3DS cartridges.

You just need a flash cart built similar in fashion to a 3DS cartridge, working as similarly as a 3DS cart as well, so the 3DS can boot the cart as a 3DS game

    I don't think it's legit.
I mean, why won't they add more pictures of their progress, or open a blog where they can post the remaining issues and added compability.
Anyone can make a progress bar.
    Simple 'coding'.
