controllers

i love the playstation's controllers, all of them. they're not too big, either too small, they're easy to work with, they're light, etc.

and the ps3's, gosh, those are nice. they're so light, they seem it's only plastic. and as i'm used to the ps1 and ps2 controllers, so the buttons are very cool for me, and plus, they have the wireless funtion and the six axis function. they just seem perfect for me.

in second place, the wii's controller, then the gamecube's and the xbox's.

 

has anyone used the wireless xbox 360 controller with the wireless receiver for the pc?
I have Soldner X and need to use a controller to play it. its terrible with keyboard.
Lost my ps2 adapter T_T

 

Have not used it....but i would recommend getting it as the Xbox360 controllers are the best on the market at the moment...

 

Any D-pad that can fit nicely in my hand will do.....

I like all the newest controllers Wiimotes, PS2/PS3, and Xbox.

By the way all, if any knows a place to get cheap 360 controllers let me know.
I really want one so I can play PC games with it. ;D

 

GC controllers fokllowed by Xbox, then N64,(Wii goes in here) then Nes then PS2

 

I prefer the more traditional PS controller 'cause its just perfect, good button placement, easy to hold, heck you could even hold it with one hand, but I do hate the vibrate function 'cause that can cause several health problems

The Wii Controllers are kinda goofy to me, yeah they allow you to move about & get a little exercise but seriously, you kinda look like a kid with ADHD or Autism playing on those, & oh I don'i intend to offend BTW

The frequency or strength of vibrations in controllers is nowhere near enough
to cause HAVS....
It's only found in people who use power-tools regularly...

 

You can use your ps3 conrollers with your pc too, just without the six axis function

 

playstation... all the way... general layout meets almost all my emulation needs (all except n64) . glad the ps3 has a dual shock now, not for the vibration but for the weight, the originals feel too cheap, fear of easily breaking it.
all in all i tend too stay away from console gaming... keyboard and mouse !

 

I like the wired 360 controller best. All the buttons are within easy reach, triggers are great, the analog sticks are firm and I could use as a defensive weapon if I needed to. It's nice and study ;D

 

I like the DualShock 2, simply because I've grown with it . Comfortable to hold and pleasing, classic design.

 

xbox360 controller for FPS, ps's for all

 

i prefer wii cause it also can help u exercise and to keep fit.

Here is my 2 cents.

I hated the ps controllers (though I can tolerate them) because of the stick position.
The gamecube-my prefferance-used the same general shape but better shaped and the stick was in a far better space-what does suck about it is the d-pad which I'm thankful I rarely use.

So you hate tv remotes as well?

I don't mind the wii remote as long as the game doesn't ask too much, mario and sonic at the olypics is asking too much.

No more heros or resident evil 4 wii edition however...perfect

But if given the chance I use gamecube (mortal kombat armegeddon, brother will use wii controls and spam specislas, I use gamecube and own him with proper combos since he often forget's how to use BUTTONS XD)

For me also gamecube, but I use a Xbox360 controller for any emulators

argee with this, after playing RE4 on the wii you definitely prefer it over any controller
