They're way different in terms of graphics. PSP has WAAAAYYY better graphics.
Lets do a comparison, shall we?

Yeah, it looks alright I guess, kinda on par with N64, or PS1 graphics...


And MGS Peace walker. On par with a PS2 game I'd say.

this is the only call of duty on psp

and it still looks better in graphics than the ds

...yes, just accept it, psp has better graphics, but that doesnt make good games, who cares if ds graphics dont compare to the psp graphics. in my opinion, it has had more games ive enjoyed than the psp. eventhough the psp has had great games lately

 

i shall not accept defeat wait maybe i will but what about the icrap people say it has better graphics

 

it has good graphics. i think its ok for not just being a videogame console

also Modern Combat: Sandstorm.... Which is a CoD ripoff

they are fun games to play, and have good graphics
not sure if better than DS
