Alright I finished counting, now here's how I'm going to cut down the characters

-characters with more votes are moving own (obviously) only 8 per section move on
-those with no votes or 1 vote are going to get cut downed
-for those with equal number of votes, I'll see either I eliminate them all, or consider back story
