sushi lol my aunt used to send us japanese stuff. i just wrap the japanese rice onto the nori and add some crab sticks, cucumbers & jap mayo, or sometimes tuna inside it, there's not much work except california maki that needs some slices of mangoes. is this considered cooking, or just a preparation? cause i can do this and japanese foods are more likely raw. i love japanese foods Y_Y
I was dumb enough to put crab in it. Which i dont like. My internet pal from china sent me some tofu and bean curd. Which i like.
i can cook, pasta, soup and stew. but since i discover that its cheaper to eat out, i rarely cook now days.
It's healthier to cook your own food. Even if you don't eat healthy, food prepared cheap and fast is usually nothing but sugar, fat, and salt. You could make delicious, non-healthy food yourself and would be much healthier. I mean, for supper today I made fried porkchops, baked potato, and some rice with vegetables. Four porkchops. Breaded and fried. Flour + Seasonings, one egg mixed with about 1/8 cup of water. Dipped the pork chop in egg mix, dredged in flour. Let sit until the flour mixture was moist, dredged again. Fried in a little canola oil for 8 minutes on one side, about 5-6 on the other. Of course, I have a freezer full of about... 100 pounds of various pork cuts from a couple pigs we had butchered.
I don't have the patience for it. No idea why since I'm usually pretty good about waiting for most things but something about cooking bothers the hell out of me when it comes to waiting. =/
Maybe it because your hungry? If you start cooking before your actually hungry, maybe this would not happen. Just a guess though, don't take this too seriously.
Mine is shorter and simpler, and therefore more awesomer. Any programmer worth any salt lives by this creed. Though, it's been so long since I touched Python...
Yup I can cook... I would like to cook a lot more frequently, but I have "If you touch my cooker, I will kill you" Syndrome thanks to my mum..
