So he's cool, he dunno you people, neither you do know him, but in fact he ain't that rich to buy a Xbox 360 (yes they're expensive here)
However there's a promotion to create some art.

Not really, it's voting on which art is the best i assume, voting just so he can get the console, messes it up for everyone else, although they are all probably doing the same thing.
