Well you can always get one of those machine eyes that are being made to replace your eye, should be ready in at least 5 years if they get enough funding, though you may not get it free depending on health care in certain countries... I watched a documentary 2 years ago, if I find it i'll send you a link via pm. But my point is isn't the bad stuff meant to be permanent with that magic? And not all sicknesses work how they are supposed to...

There is actually a better term for this... Karma.

Well Karma is applicable for behaviour. You do something bad then somebody will be bad back
And lol at My name is Earl, the way they use karma in that show is quite good...

no magic is not persistent unless is maintained by something. magic is essentially a flow of energy focused towards a purpose, that flow must be maintained for the magic to continue. There are ways of making magic persist without the caster having to maintain the focus (the most common method is to have the spell draw energy directly from the earth so it becomes self sustaining, this is often used when casting protective spells, a so-called self sustaining shield). caster maintained shields are generally a bad idea (especially ones protecting against physical threats) as everything striking the shield expends some of the caster's energy, so there's a chance of them actually becoming drained and unable to maintain the shield. on the other hand, it's considerably quicker to create a caster maintained shield than a self sustaining one; well practised witches can often produce a generic shield charm in a couple of seconds if that. (shield of the goddess is the fastest one I know, but there's probably faster ones that don't involve spoken words, i.e entirely visualisation based ones; a branch of magic that I'm not particularly adept at.)

as for the karmic justice being permanent, it depends on what you did to cause it. My only belief is that karmic justice will not kill no matter what you've done to others.

If you use Anime as a source for an argument, then yes, a Spirit can destroy another or atleast send it somewhere else.

is that really effective? i have a list in my mind whom i want to get rid of, i dont want to believe that my god is dead or ignoring me for not answering my prayers, but if there is a quicker way to get what i want even if i have to sacrifice my life, i would take that risk.

as i said to a friend, if i would die, i would not be alone when i take that road to god.

using magic to cause harm to someone is serious misuse of it, and I don't want to think what three times that would be.

If you belive God ,you will see other believers as "brothers or sisters"

If you dont believe in God ,you will see other believers as "Insanes"

    So ,you have to think:
"Heaven after death ,or while living"

This questions answer will tell you if there is a God or not!

Personally I live in a theory "Carpe-Diem" (dunno If i typed right). Which means I drink hard ,swear BUT I dont kill people. If there is a heaven ,there will be a chance for me to get in. If there is not ,I will die happily.

    Thats all for me!

Meh, if you don't believe you don't have anything to worry about.
