At Colegio San Agustin Biñan (There are many Cute girls here! >W<). I just graduated from the 6th grade, and I really, really, REALLY don't listen when the subject is HEKASI. I wish you work here in my school. That way you can hit on babes on the college building. So I don't really know much about places in the Philippines. But I am good at grammar.

I'm Phillipino, i was born in the city of Manila, although i am currently posting this in New Zealand.
I can't speak, or type Filipino fluently, i can just understand it well, but i can't understand it well, if i am reading it.

yeah i noticed there are always a lot of koreans in malls nowadays in the Philippines.. wonder why.

i mean its like a test subject but i think its cool!

 

I have no idea man. But I believe during the time when former pres Manuel Quezon found the city of middle workers, when he was assembling balintawak, nova and frisco, he took the liberty of filling the gaps between these 3 towns which he called projects. Like Project 6 7 or 8. That's just a theory though.

 

i think that was that way since, and they didnt ever changed the name
