that's good to know! ^_^ but i've got a tidbit of an issue..maybe, it depends on if anything goes above $500...but newegg doesn't accept multiple cards for a single payment T_T so here's what i'm gonna have to try, and wondering if it will work...i could buy a gift certificate to newegg, and add funds from multiple cards up-to $2500, then use another card to use with it to finish a payment...but that would only give me $3,000, and i think i'm over that...so i will have to do a minimum of 2 orders, which sucks T_T you think that will work right loony?

    EDIT: i assume that's everything?

just do multiple orders. As far as I can see everything is there if you have included the arctic silver.

yep, it is ^_^ i added up the orders, so i'll upload the files that have all the links in them, and how imma purchase them separately(all rounded) so you can check and tell me if anything's missing ;P just to keep spam down is why i'll upload them :p

    EDIT: Download

archived to make it easy :p they include links for all the items, and total price in each file, rounded up, and the last file can be ignored :p

haha...ok, c ya then loony, and for when you return, another question >.> will i have to install a BIOS onto this, or how does that work?

bios is built onto the motherboard. you will have to configure it, usually the setup program is accessed by button spamming either F1, F2 or del when you power the machine on.

ive looked through the files and the only thing that stands out is the last line in the 'complete total' file. $3,000 + $300 does not equal $3,400 in my book. Aside from that it seems good. I'll get my friend to double check when he gets up in about an hour.

WOW...that was a fail for me -.-" forgot, needed to have $3,000 + $400 :p and thanks loony, i'll be buying them all soon! wanna give me a guide on how to put it together? and what are the risks of me breaking something?(i'm a klutz :p )

EDIT: loony, i had the tech specialist at school check everything out, here pointed out that on my list i was missing a motherboard -.-" he also pointed out that i'll need cables for the velociraptors, so what cables do i need?!?!

EDIT: okay loony...i'm beginning to think you forgot about me T_T I will be buying them all on monday (almost positive), and need to know if everything is as it should be.. i need to have a guide on building it, i need to know what types of cables i need for the velociraptors.. even just a post that says you haven't forgot about me would be nice -.-"

thank you loony! :) i'll wait for your reply on the best ones :p

    EDIT: loony, will these work?

EDIT: after doing some reading, i found that the velociraptors have SATA cables 8) is there any specific kind i should get for the other stuff though? i've also ordered 2 anti-static mats since my apartment is pure carpet, and an anti-static wristband... i'm REALLY hoping all goes well....anything else i need to know, should get for safety/precautions, or i should buy? i also got a toolkit for stuffs :)

loony, i've been doing some reading, and it seems i woulda been better off going for an intel build instead of AMD =O it seems intel has more processes per clock so even an I5 would run faster than the phenom II X4 =O

EDIT:well loony, i posted the build on eggxpert.com, and they say it's crap >=(
i should went with intel cuz it does more processes per clock, my sound card won't fit, the motherboard has a built in wired network adapter...i don't really wanna go on, but i will...they said gigabyte for the GPU was a bad choice because they overheat and break after their warranty, and now i dunno how it will all work, did you guide me in the wrong direction loony, or are they wrong?

EDIT: just contacted the place imma have build it...turns out i'm gonna send everything back, and have them do a custom build for me >.>
