Kangaroo meat taste just like beef. And it's not that tough as you think if cooked correctly. Best part is, it's high in protein and low in fat.

Have you tried that uber expensive bird's saliva nest soup yet??

At first it may make you wanna hurl but after the first sip, man that's good. It's just too damn expensive!!

 

It never made me want to hurl. And its pretty sweet.

 

Well to tell you the truth the first time i eat bird nest i dont even know it is saliva.. But well at least it taste good you should try the one in red colour

yes there is. and try the fish tongue. its very tender.

 

How about Pastel de Lengua or Ox tongue??

 

Oc tongue is great, its quite chewy. But I eat it barbequed.
