Best Nintendo DS Games - Read First

I want to try The World Ends With You, but I hear since it has "mic" badges I'm afraid I won't be able to use it...I'll be using the emulator...

Another game I wanted to try was Zelda: Phantom Hourglass...but I also hear the mic is involved...

What about the Phoenix Wright games any good?

 

Mic badges are crap anyway, but you can't play TWEWY on emulators only cartridges such as the R4

All Digimon games! I love Digimon World Ds and it's two sequels and I love Championship although the English version's turds are electric balls...

 

I'll have to take a look at the Digimon games.

 

Try to take a look at some harvest moon games

 

Which Harvest Moon do you recommend. I've played the GBA and SNES version.

 

graphically then i think Ninja Gaiden : Dragon Sword is REALLY good for the DS. Need for speed : Pro Street and Race Driver : Grid are both good graphically (altough not everyones cup of tea !)
Guitar Hero is good fun (altough you tend to get cramp in your hand after about 5 songs !)
i am enjoying 'From the Abyss' at the moment - kind of a simplified poor mans Zelda !
Rune Factoy : A Fantasy Harvest Moon is good ( but takes a while to get into it)
7 ancient Wonders is ok for a puzzle game
and if you like shoot 'em ups then Nanostray 1 and 2 are worth checking out

hell, come to think of it ! as they are free then why not try them all !!

Is Rune Factory that good?

 

Like Harvest Moon. Spore Creatures is very good.

 

When I get the chance I will get Rune Factory.

 

I tried Harvest Moon, and its an okay game, but I thought I would get straight to the farming ,rather than do the story first

 

I don't think that even when I played Harvest Moon, I ever did the story once. I always just farmed. I never truly cared for the story of getting my character to marry and have children. I would rather just farm and get the sprites to help me when I call upon them.

 

Theres a story to that game?!?! I thought it was like the sims but farming...

There's no story in Harvest Moon.

 

Call Of Duty 4, Custom Robo Arena, Mario Slam Basketball, Metroid Prime Hunters, Age Of Empires The Age Of Kings.

Lego Star Wars etc. are easy to play.

 

Ugh I need to find some games.Ive played like every rpg and am waiting for kingdom hearts ds to come out.Does anyone know any good games I should get?
