Has anyone played God of War?

Because I think that game is AWESOME!

I don't know if I'd call it the best game ever but he makes me drool and I get to KILL things with such VIGOR!

    RAWR!

And thinking back on my years of gaming I honestly can't think of a game I didn't enjoy at some level.

I loved Jaws but.... I don't think it had an ending. So maybe that?

Did I also mention God of War?

    *drools* Yummy ^_^

God of War was a really great game that was a lot of fun, but not the best game for me.

    Worst Game: Not sure.

Best Game ever: I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me, but my favorite game of all time is Guitar Hero II for the PS2. It's the most addicting game I've ever played and you constantly want to get better at it. Resident Evil 4 comes in a close second, with Super Smash Bros. 64 coming in third.

One of the best games ever has to be Halo 2 in multiplayer! I dread to think how many hours I've spent on that!

Worst game ever......... one of mine has to be Monsters Inc on GBC, my wife got it free with the console. OMG it was awfull!

  8. lol he used my thread to promote his but thats ok i might as well expand it also. If the could remake a system and all the games to todays standerd what would it be? For example i think the should do a Super nintendo because of the abundance of RPGS back then chrono trigger and Final Fantasy (new graphics and all)

i dunno know about "best game ever"..

but i'll go with my top 3 fave addictions:

(in order of most time wasted/played/enjoyed)

    1. Diablo 2 + expansion pack
    2. GTA 3
    3. FF 3

it is simple too close to call to pick a best game of all time.. (although i spent ALOT of quarters on Rush 'n Attack back in the day)

Hmm... Hard to pick. Considering the wide arrange of games. I Can think of the worst one though, it has to be Custer's Revenge. I can't believe they even made a game like that.

I thought Mario 64 and Zelda OOT where just stunning games when I first played them, most memorable games so they have my vote.

That's one heck of a question. So many games, so many years of playing lol.

First thing that came to mind were the various Ultima and Wizardry games. But, couldn't decide on one and they did come out for pc first so not really console games even though they were released on console systems.

Then I remembered the first Persona game by Atlus on the playstation 1. This was great! Amazing game.

My mind briefly wandered to the original Metal Gear for the original nes and the first Metal Gear Solid for playstation.

But still, after more thought I come back to the same three games I always come back to. Can't choose just one so here's my opinion on the best 3 games ever made.

Super Mario Bros. (the original classic)
Legend of Zelda (I must've played this more than any game ever)
Final Fantasy VII (amazingly huge game took up at least a year of my life lol)

I think without those 3 games many others would have never even been made.

Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time or Conker's Bad Fur Day. Probably Zelda, but I think I played Conker's more. A lot of my favourites are from the n64 :p

I would say Legend of Zelda OOT. Long game with many puzzles and plot twists.
I also liked shadowman on n64. The voodoo / jack the ripper type atmosphere of this game gets you hooked. Anyone played it?

Just wanted to add that both Castlevania games for n64 were great games as well!

I would have to say the zelda series is way up there, both zelda link to the past and Ocarina of time were huge on their respective systems, the first one I could take it or leave it, Twilight Princess was also impressive, but the only game to make me cry was FF7

i just seen this post and have to add my 2 cents, worst of all time for me was zelda, i never liked those games, and the best was for the nes it was called princess tomato in the salad kingdom, befor you say anything please understand this game brought me and my 2 sons "a 4 and 6 year old" together in a way that was simply amazing, nothing like coming home and 2 little kids asking you to play there game with them and you sitting there for hours reading the on screen text to them letting them decide what to do next, though the game to me was cheesy at best it was my fav cause of what it did for me and my sons relationship

For me Morrowind is probably my favorite, or at least it's the game that I've spent the most of my life on, runners up include Final Fantasy Tactics, Skies of Arcadia and Pokemon.
