Best DS game of all time??

Alright I'll go along with it

dislike the 2D version of that...even on the PSP is sucks.

I also like Bowser's Inside Story...

 

I'm sorry, but Mario & Luigi series pretty much grabs a steel baseball bat, kicks FFA in the FACE, slams the baseball bat on Dragon Quests face, and pretty much kills every other RPG in its awesomeness.

Lol, too bad the Giant Bowser battles sucked. Have like 26 hours in Mario and luigi when i beat it, currently over 100 hours in DQ9 . I believe DQ9 to be better

 

wat. Giant Bowser battles were awesome, except that train one. That one was just... well, pulled out of ass -.-

Mario & Luigi seems to always be the top. I love the way they work special attacks, the way the game works(having you work to dodge, and pull attacks) and instead of walking in the fields and all the sudden a battle starts, you have to actually touch a enemy, giving a reason on why the battle started. There story may not be the greatest, but there funny and fun games, and I personally find them better then Pokemon, FFA, and DQ anyday.

They need to make Mario & Luigi 4 already.

 

Dragon Quest 9

 

Guess I'm the only one here with luv for M&L.

Well, if I have to exclude those games....

1. Phoenix Wright series, No Apollo Justice, that game can go fuck it self.
2. New Super Mario Bros. It just defeats the Wii version, somehow!
3. Tetris DS. I love Tetris, so that just goes there. lol.

 

DQ9 also has monsters walking on the screen, you start the battle by touching them

Atleast NSMB DS doesn't tell you how to use an item every damn time you get one like in the wii version

 

I enjoyed DQ9, TWEWY, Pokemon Black, Tales of Innocence, FFT: A2 Grimoire of the Rift, and FF4 far than all three Mario and Luigi games.
I did like the Mario and Luigi series, but I just couldn't get into it as much as Paper Mario: TTYD. :S

Best DS game of all time?

Jam with the Band. Hands down. It's the only game on my R4 that's always been on there. It was there when it was Daigasso Band Brothers DX, and it's still there today.

 

Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night for a pee whilst taking my DS with me just for a quick game of tetris---->3h later I notice the clock and it's 4am, can't say what other games can mesmerize you like that. Seriously a timeless game.

 

I second this. The DS has so many genres available (and it's one that's not overflowing with FPS).
Everyone's gonna have their own favorite. And from the list of good games, it's still hard to pick the best overall.
Kinda like Classic Game Room's love for the pseudo-retro Dark Spire, and I myself enjoyed a compelling and bloody 999.
Might as well start another World War and never let it end.

My favorite game for the ds would have to be Rune Factory 3.
It was such a great improvement from the prior game, I simply love it.

 

U have got to be kidding me i just started it and im hating it i skipped 2 but so far 1 was far superior

 

I hate all the rune factory games , stupid RP gauge crap

 

Yea that bugged me a bit at first going to bed a 12 pm in game because im out of rp
