I played trumpet for 4 years, it's not the easiest instrument to learn, percussion it :p The trumpet is really fun, a very powerful piece of musical equipment indeed.

Yeah, I used to play the Piano. I also took a month worth of drum lesions, but got board. (Maybe if I had my own set it would have gone better).

My family really wants me to play the guitar, so I'm probably going to try that next. I really dig electric, but I don't really want to have to go through acoustic first... Oh well.

What? I first played and learned on an electric guitar before an acoustic.

You see, I only have an acoustic... :( I get a new guitar AFTER I learn how to play it.

Oh okay, my brother got me a electric (forgot the brand, my first one) before I even learned how to play. He just assumed I had his talent ;D

My brother also learned guitar online, he's only been playing for about three or four years, but he's really brilliant on that thing. My sister is currently in a band that's doing really well down in Austin, Texas, original where I'm from.
